After years as a teacher and school counsellor, Gayle was moving into independent, remote practice. She needed a digital presence that felt safe, calm and trustworthy, and she needed it quickly, with no brand, website or secure way to manage information yet in place.

Secure online forms reduced manual handling and protected client information.

Gayle launched a professional presence within days, with a safe central point of contact for families and referrers, less admin, and the confidence to operate independently on systems that can grow with the practice.

As the practice grows, the next phase adds online scheduling and secure payments, streamlining bookings while keeping privacy and care front of mind.
